Thank you for your emails of 25 July made under the Freedom of Information
Act. You requested the following:
Please inform me if an out of hours on call doctors service limited, i.e.
Danum Doctors Service Limited is/was a private company or part of the NHS.
Please forward a copy of the contract made by Danum Doctors Service
Limited Doncaster and the NHS on 1st April 2004 and any changes to that
contract before this company was struck off the register on 12th October
2007.
I am sorry to advise that the Department does not hold this information as
it is the responsibility of the NHS authority with which Danum Doctors
Service Limited held the contract. You may therefore wish to contact the
PCT or SHA directly. A full list of the contact details for each PCT and
SHA can be found on the NHS Choices website:
