4. List of contracts undertaken by Cambrianway Ltd.

     Dear Wirral Borough Council,



     Please could you supply the following details



     1.The length of time WBC have used the services of Cambrianway
Ltd

     Civil Engineering and Plant Hire.

     Wirral Council has, to varying degrees, used the services of
      Cambrianway Ltd since its inception. Cambrianway Ltd has
mainly been       used for the hire of large items of plant used in
highway construction schemes.

     2. The total amount of contracts paid to Cambrianway Ltd.
(Monetary

     Value)

      Expenditure by recent financial years is as follows:-

      2006/07 £ 63940

      2007/08 £206721

      2008/09 £130647



     3. Any other relationships of Cambrianway Ltd or its Directors to
WBC.

            The Council is not aware of any other relationships
of Cambrianway Ltd or     it's Directors to Wirral Council.

     4. List of contracts undertaken by Cambrianway Ltd.

     2007 - A41 New Chester Road, sandstone walling £19414

     2008 - Thurstaston Crossroads Roundabout, accommodation works
£128632
