Officer in relation to the contract with TSO. I am sorry that, because
of the absence from the office of my colleague who normally deals with
matters relating to the TSO contract, this reply has taken longer to
prepare than would otherwise have been the case.

I attach two PDFs. I hope that between them they give you all you
require. The first is the part of the House of Lords contract with TSO
which deals with vellums. The second is a letter from TSO (to my
predecessor as Authorised Officer) setting out the prices applicable for
the financial year 2007/08. (The prices for 2008/09 are not yet agreed.)

Further to my message below: I sent a copy to my contact in TSO, as a
result of which it has come to light that we did agree the prices for
the current year, but the letter may not have found its way into the
file of my absent colleague (or we may have looked in the wrong file!).
Anyway, with apologies, I now attach a PDF of the latest TSO letter
setting out their prices (which I agreed) for the financial year
