to a company named Redweb for 'web service outsourcing'.

- Where and on which date(s) this invitation to tender was
advertised; and
- Where and on which date(s) the contract award to Redweb was
advertised.

Dear Mrs Charles,
Further to your request for information regarding the contract awarded on
15th June 2009, please find below the following information:
Where and on which date(s) this invitation to tender was advertised;
The TDA procured its web outsourcing contract through a call off from the
Buying Solutions (formerly OGC Buying Solutions) Catalist framework - the
Specialist eBusiness Solutions for Web Design, Development & Content
Management Solutions (advertised as 2005/S 154 - 154257). As the Catalist
framework had been established under an EU-compliant process, this
dispensed with the need for further advertisement of the further
competition under which a provider was selected from the framework.
Where and on which date(s) the contract award to Redweb was advertised
Further to the above, as the award to Redweb - was based on a call off
from the Catalist framework, there was no requirement for advertisement of
the contract awarded by the TDA to Redweb.
