I am interested in the following statistics about Continuing Health
Care within the Enfield PCT over the last two years.

1. How many people receive continuing health care services?

2. What is the population of the PCT?

3. How many applications for Continuing Health Care were made?

4. How many were accepted and how many rejected?

5. How many rejected ones were appealed against?

6. How many appeals were then referred onto the ombudsman?

7. Of those referred to the ombudsman, how many were then rejected
and accepted?
