Please supply details of Continuing Health Care expenditure by the
PCT during 2006/07, 2007/08 and first half of 2008/09.
Please provide
- total expenditure in each of these periods; - the per capita CHC
spend for the area covered by the PCT; - number of people in
receipt of continuing health care funding in each period - average
value of continuing health care funding awards in each period

Dear Mr Badger
I am writing in response to your recent request for information made under the Freedom of Information Act.
Due to recording methods we are unable to provide information for all the years that are specified in your request.
We are able to provide a figure of £1.58m spent on Continuing Care in the six months from April to September 2008. There are approximately 90 people in receipt of continuing care funding, on differing levels of funding based on need.
