I am writing with reference to your freedom of information request
regarding Continuing Care. I have now completed a search for the
information you require, may I please take this opportunity to apologise
for the delay in responding.

Please find attached an excel spreadsheet with thin information you
require. Due to staffing sickness I am only able to provide approximate
figures.
