Dear Sir or Madam,

Please supply details of Continuing Health Care expenditure by the
PCT during 2006/07, 2007/08 and first half of 2008/09.

Please provide

- total expenditure in each of these periods; - the per capita CHC
spend for the area covered by the PCT; - number of people in
receipt of continuing health care funding in each period - average
value of continuing health care funding awards in each period

spreadsheet, in conjunction with the additional information below.

Number of clients who received Continuing Healthcare in 2006 -07 = 91
Number of clients who received Continuing Healthcare in 2007 -08 = 91
Number of clients who have received Continuing Healthcare thus far
during 2008 -09 = 69 (first half of year)
