Dear West Sussex County Council,
Can you please tell me:
1. How many applications for funding from WSCC Continuing Health
Care panel there have been over the last 3 years.
2. How many were/were not eligible for funding over the last 3
years.
3. Comparitively how much funding for continuing health care is
provided by WSCC with other surrounding counties.
4. If WSCC is considerably harder to recieve funding from through
Continuing Health Care.

the NHS.
In West Sussex it is administered by the Primary Care Trust, NHS West
Sussex.
