Please could you advise me of the following:
How many personnel have claimed CEA (including previous equilvalent
schemes) since it has been available
The number of claims that have been invesitgated for falsely
claiming the allowance
The outcomes of the claims e.g. paying back falsly claimed funding,
etc
The amount of money paid back broken down into individual ranks e.g
Group Captain £100,000 and any other sanctions

Dear Mr Brown,
I apologise for the delay, we have been able to answer question 1 but we are struggling to find all the details for question 2 and subsequently 3 and 4. You request has been pasted to a different department of the MOD to help provide as much detail as possible to your questions.
All the information I have explained above will be detailed by letter from SPVA in the next few days (based upon postage times etc).
