Thank you for your request for information under the Freedom of
Information Act. Clearly we hold the information you are seeking.

The Trust receives many requests for contact details of front facing
staff. We also receive complaints from staff that they are having large
numbers of marketing calls and junk email from some sources. Therefore
our practice is to only disclose the names of Executive level staff and
job titles of any other staff withholding the names of this second group
under section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act.

However, I am keen to be helpful bearing in mind you are clearly not
seeking these details for marketing purposes. I have therefore sent a
copy of your request to Mental Health Services asking if they can send
me a list of contacts that are relevant to your needs which all
concerned are content for me to sent to you.

I hope that this will meet your needs and will revert to you in due
course. In the meantime please find attached a leaflet setting out how
we deal with FOI requests.
