This request is currently overdue a response from Prime Minister's
Office. By law, the response had to be prompt but no later than 13
May 2009. Under the Freedom of Information Act you should have

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am requesting an internal review of your reply to my original
request.

One implication of the response is that the Prime Minister's office
has no way of checking what land-line calls or emails were made by
Damian McBride during the period referred to. Frankly, I do not
find that answer credible.
