Dear Sir or Madam,
Could you please provide me with:
i) A copy of the letter(s) sent to parents of pupils requesting
donations or voluntary contributions to the school fund or any
other such account over the last 5 school years.
I am not interested in any personal details but either the actual
template letter held on file or computer system before names and
addresses are added.
ii) How many of the contributions given my parents were 'gift
aided' and how many of them were not.
iii) A breakdown of spending of those contributions over the last 5
school years
I look forward to receiving the information in due course.
