Please could you provide copies of all documentation that relates
to the proposal to change the Sharrowvale parking scheme to allow
free parking periods in some areas.
I would like to say:
Public consultation documents and feedback
Minutes of meetings where proposals to change the scheme were
discussed
Documentation that contains details of when the changes will be
implemented, if it is a permanent change or a trial etc.

On the 16th December 2009 you submitted a request for an internal review
of the way your request of the 14th May 2009 (our reference 87460 RE:
