Dear Ms Walton,
Thank you for your email dated 18 May, requesting costings for
the consultation into the definition of an independent school, which
closed on 26 October 2007.
The costs of running a consultation will include not only staffing costs
but also potentially printing and distribution costs, web site design,
venue hire, professional facilitators etc. No central record is kept of
the total spend on a consultation; this information could only be
obtained by researching each individual consultation across a number of
budget lines.
