Dear Sir or Madam,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Cabinet Office's
handling of my FOI request concerning the website
"realhelpnow.gov.uk". In particular, I would like more details of
how the public interest was deemed to be upheld by not disclosing
the information that is considered to fall within Section 35 of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/co...

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

Guy Freeman

Dear Sir or Madam,

I wrote to you almost two weeks ago asking for an internal review
of my request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 concerning
certain information about the website realhelpnow.gov.uk. All the
correspondence between us so far is available at
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/co...

You did not acknowledge my request for an internal review. I
believe that this is an unreasonable course of action to take, even
if you do not believe you need to carry out an internal review. If
you do not reply within a reasonable period of time, I will have to
consider taking the matter to the ICO.

Looking forward to your response,

Yours faithfully,

Guy Freeman

Dear Sir or Madam,

This is the last time I will be corresponding with you directly
before taking my complaint to the Information Commissioner's
Office.

Please review the correspondence between us, stored at
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/co...

Then appraise me as to when I can expect the internal review to be
completed, as well as either a good reason why it is taking so long
to be completed or a full apology.

I thank you in advance for your co-operation.

Yours faithfully,

Guy Freeman
