Dear Essex County Council,

Mid Essex Hospitals Trust recently featured in many newspaper
articles because they were hiring a recruitment consultant to cut
costs. Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to know
details of all consultants brought in by Essex County Council over
the past 24 months. What department did they work in and how much
were they paid?
