Dear Ms McCoy
I confirm that I am dealing with your request.
Could I ask how you found my email address for this? I have a dedicated FOI mailbox which is on the CWP website but this came through to my ordinary cwp email account. My concern is that this is not picked up when I am on annual leave and others have come through on this one as well, so I would like to rectify this before some requests get inadvertently missed.

The Head of Estates for Cheshire & Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is Steve Ferrington email address [email address]
I sent your query to him and the response is that we do not appoint Building Control Services from any list. We use the LA as standard. Sometimes our appointed design team may request us to consider an alternative provider for Building Control Services. The Northwest Consortium run a list which we subscribe to.
