NHS Central Lancashire does not have an approved list of consultants. To
apply to join a list that NHS Central Lancashire uses you would need to
apply to joint the North West Consortium for NHS Trusts, Old Grove House,
13 Vine Street, Hazel Grove, Stockport, SK7 4JS
