BHC _ Newdelhi Ref : PEND / 381 / 382 / 383 / 2010 dated 26 Feb
2010
I and my brothers are still being aggrieved and suffered an
unremedied injustice as a result of maladministration by British
Deputy High Commission, Chennai [ Madras ] India AND British High
Commission, Newdelhi _ India, since my application in 2008.
My legitimate claim to British Passport is under the provisions of
British Nationality Act – 1981 enacted by the British Parliament.
The only two point is CLAIM & IDENTITY.
1.If one have no claim to British Nationality, application refused
straightaway.
2.If one have a claim to British Nationality GO TO IDENTITY.
Whether satisfied, passport issued, not satisfied passport refused.
What is going on my application? When will passport be issued?
Kind Regards
Yours faithfully,
ARMHashim
