Connecting for Health

David Chilvers made this Freedom of Information request to Department of Health

The request was successful.

From: David Chilvers

6 January 2012

Dear Department of Health,

Please can you provide me with information you have related to
Connecting for Health projects that have been "terminated" or "not
progressed to completion" for the last 4 years. Ideally I would
like to know the name of the project, the cost of the project (if
known) and (if you hold it) the reason why the project was
cancelled.

Yours faithfully,

David Chilvers
