confusion whether eligible for ILR or not?

Dear UK Border Agency,

i am one of the applicant, who applied for hsmp on 1st april 2006
prior to changes in immigration law on 3rd april 2006. i applied on
1st april by first class post and should have received by ukba on
3rd april 2006. i do understand that i can apply for ilr after
continuous period of 4 years according to hsmp judicial review. but
my question is i havnt got any details for example copy of
application form or postal receipt which can prove that i applied
on 1st april 2006. so my question is what details ukba hold so that
one can know what day application was made ?
this will help other applicants as well who made an initial
applcation aroudn 1st april 2006.

To obtain details of the information that the Agency holds about you
personally, you need to make an application for a subject access request
under the Data Protection Act.
