Conflicts of Interests solicitors firms.

ivanataylor made this Freedom of Information request to Solicitors Regulation Authority

Solicitors Regulation Authority did not have the information requested.

From: ivanataylor

17 November 2011

Dear Solicitors Regulation Authority,

Under freedom of information , kindly provide me with the following
information:

Ridley and Hall Huddersfield.

How many cases in the last five years have Ridley and Hall dealt
with re child protection?

How many cases have been successful for natural parents winning
their cases against local authority? ie facing charges or
accusations of NAI's and child abuse.?

How many adoption cases have Ridley and Hall been involved with,
last five years, and how many forced adoptions?

Is there a conflict of interests when solicitors work for local
authority and private clients re child protection?

How many cases, last five years have Ridley and Hall won in favour
of clients v child protection agents?

Is there a conflict of interests when solicitors firms carry out
adoption work as well as fighting cases against forced adoptions?

I would like to make it clear that The first two questions are
specific to Ridley and Hall. The last two questions relate to all
solicitors firms in general.

I look forward to your reply.

Yours faithfully,

ivanataylor

I have looked at this website and have serious reservations about conflicts of interests re solicitors firms who work for both Local authority and then private cliets and firms who promote adoption work while converesly fighting false allegation cases against the same authorities.
