Confirmed MCVs and Percentage Splits

Dear Sir or Madam,

In relation to Maximum Contract Values (MCV) confirmed to Qube
Qualifications & Development Ltd (Qube) for the 2009/10 contract
year, I respectfully request the following:

1. Any documentation and communication outlining the methodology
and calculations used to determine the percentage of MCV that can
be drawn down by Qube during periods 1 to 8 in the North West LSC
region

2. Any documentation and communication outlining the methodology
and calculations used to determine the percentage of MCV that can
be drawn down by Qube during periods 1 to 8 in the East Midlands
LSC region

3. Any documentation and communication outlining the methodology
and calculations used to determine the percentage of MCV that can
be drawn down by Qube during periods 1 to 8 in the East of England
LSC region

4. Any documentation and communication outlining the methodology
and calculations used to determine the percentage of MCV that can
be drawn down by Qube during periods 1 to 8 in the London LSC
region

5. Any documentation and communication outlining the methodology
and calculations used to determine the percentage of MCV that can
be drawn down by Qube during periods 1 to 8 in the South East LSC
region

In relation to MCVs confirmed to all providers/colleges for the
2009/10 contract year, I respectfully request the following:

6. A list showing all providers and their Train to Gain and Adult
Apprenticeship MCVs with the percentage of total MCV that each can
draw down during periods 1 to 8
