If I assume correctly that you wish to establish the status of Colin Road
and not Colin Street, the above link shows Colin Road on the map as being
adopted.  This part of the council's website can be used by anyone to find
the status of any road in North Lincolnshire, just click on the change
button at the right hand side of the screen and the type in the street
name in the "search for a location" box.
