Dear Strathclyde Partnership for Transport,
How many outgoing SPT staff have had to sign confidentiality
agreements with SPT within the last six years and if so, why have
confidentiality agreements been signed given SPT is a public body?
If previously outgoing SPT staff have had to sign confidentiality
agreements with their SPT employer, can you also please provide
previous details of the SPT pay grade scales of those staff that
are no longer employed by SPT and those that have had to sign
confidentiality agreements.
Yours faithfully,
Jim Cassidy
