From: D. Speers
24 September 2010
Dear Department of Energy and Climate Change,
I have been informed that the limestone crystals used in soak-aways
will need to be replaced at some point do to the acidic nature of
the condense water from boilers.
I eventually had a soakaway fitted by a Warmfront contrator, less
that a metre from my house and it is cemented in under a flag
stone.
I was not advised about changing the crystals and wondered if you
could provide me with a copy of the Policy/guidance that Warmfront
are expected to work to.
With thanks
Yours faithfully,
D. Speers
