Dear Sir or Madam,

I note that you have referred my request to information to
Lancashire County Council as you have said it is their
responsibility.

LCC have contacted me back and asked me to contact the relevant
district council as it is they who have a statutory duty. This duty
is confirmed by the DFT who in correspondence to myself have named
you a 'Transport Concession Authority' for the purposes of the
Concessionary Bus Travel Act 2007 .

As such I am requesting an internal review of my request the
