Please provide copies of
i) Any internal documents (memo, training manuals, minutes from
board meetings, etc) issued to JobCentre staff which advise staff
to inform claimants of the need to open a bank account to receive
benefits
ii) Any internal documents (memo, training manuals, minutes from
board meetings, etc) issued to JobCentre staff which advise staff
to apply pressure to, co-erce, threaten, or otherwise vigorously
harass claimants to open a bank account to receive benefits
iii) Any legislation which the DWP relies upon which requires
recipients of benefits to open bank accounts in order to receive
benefits
