Dear North Somerset Council,

I am requesting the following information under the Freedom of
Information Act:

In regard to planning application number 09/P/1573/F, for the
development of a mosque and Islamic centre in Orchard Street:

1. The date, time and minutes of any meeting held to discuss the
forwarding of the details of objectors to the proposal to the
police.

2. The name and position of the person or persons responsible for
any decision to forward the details of objectors to the development
proposal to the police.

3. The names and positions of officers responsible for forwarding
any sensitive personal information of objectors to the proposal to
the police.

4. The reason for any decision to forward objectors' names to the
police and the legislation under which this was carried out.
