Dear Sam,
Thank you for your request made under the Freedom of Information Act,
received in this office on 2 June 2009.
Exeter City Council has not received any complaints in the past five
years regarding the teaching of Darwinism.
I would advise that Devon County Council is the Local Education
Authority (LEA) for Devon and is therefore responsible for schools.
