Complaints of Dog Fouling and Numbers of Prosecutions

1. How many letters of complaint in respect of dog fouling have been
received by the County Council over the last two years?

454 dog fouling complaints have been received.

2. How many fines have been levied in the past two years for dog
fouling?

24 Fixed Penalty Notices issued in 2007/08

34 Fixed Penalty Notices issued in 2008/09
