Yes, why are we paying in excess of £34m per annum for a process that reviews less than 2% of complaints, has never investigated a reconsidered complaint even when the concerns are the most serious cases there can be. ie the death of a person in hospital where the State have taken responsibility for their life and fail!

The above is roughly what is stated in the PHSO letter, above.
Can I ask what purpose the PHSO serves, if it does not act accountably and publicly?
It seems to me that its only function is to back up the former supposed 'investigators' ie Healthcare Commission, and to shut down all avenues of complaint, whilst refusing to state who has made decisions and why.
Which communist state are we supposed to belong to? Russia is fairer than this.
Why are we still paying these people?
