Dear Sir or Madam,
I’m requesting information about a judge named Mr J C Dwyer who
held a tribunal in Manchester on the 06/01/2009.
1)
Is their any complaints procedure which can be made against a
Judge. If there is please could you provide details and literature
of how to go about this.
2)
Please provide details of all CSA\CMEC related Tribiunal Appeals
that the judge has been a part of for the years 2005,2006,2007,2008
and the current 2009 figure.
a) For each of the years include, the number of CSA\CMEC related
cases the judge has been a part of.
b) Figures for the amount of appeals he allowed in the appellants
favour and the figures for the amount which he did not find in the
appellants favour.
3)
Details or literature which Judges and other tribunal staff follow
when considering whether to allow a late appeal to the upper
tribunal. What are acceptable reasons applying to the Upper
Tribunal after the one month period; i.e. after the statement of
reasons has arrived.
4)
What is the procedure or law concerning the respondent of an appeal
submitting evidence on the day of the tribunal. Is this allowed and
is it acceptable to not provide the appellant a copy of the
evidence or sufficient time to read it.

Dear Hannah Law,
Thank you for your swift response. Please can I clarify that the
figures I request in point 2 relate specifically to the Judge Mr JC
Dwyer whose identity you can confirm by the date and location given
in the original request.
In addition, if possible a general statistic of each of the Judges
of CSA\CMEC related tribunals at the Manchester tribunal’s branch
would be appreciated. If giving Judge names are an issue please
provide aliases for each of the Judges.
