Dear Mr Green

Please find attached a part answer to the questions you asked.
We introduced a new software system which slightly changed the way we
record complaints and outcomes and I cannot give individual outcomes as
these are on individual files for 2009, and the back end of 2008,

The system we now use is geared to record the record of the individual
driver an is not easily extracted without giving out personal information
which is covered by the Data Protection Act, and would not be in the
public domain.

In 2009 we had 109 complaints. The outcomes of which can differ from No
action to Revocation of licenses.
