Dear Mr Hepworth,

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST

Thank you for your email dated 5^th December 2009 requesting information
under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

I can confirm that the Council holds information falling within the
description specified in your request. However, we estimate that the cost
of complying with your request would exceed the appropriate limit of
£450.00. This represents the estimated cost of one person spending 18
hours (at £25.00 per hour) in determining whether the Council holds the
information and locating, retrieving and extracting it.

Under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act, the Council is not
obliged to comply with your request.

Alternatively, if you were to make a new request within narrower confines,
then it may be the Council could comply with that request within the
appropriate limit, although I cannot guarantee that this will be the
case.

If you have any queries about this email or are unhappy about the service
you have received in relation to your request and wish to make a complaint
or request a review, please do not hesitate to contact me in writing.

If, after having made your complaint, you are not content with the
outcome, you may apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
decision. Generally, the Information Commissioner's Office (Wales) cannot
make a decision unless you have exhausted the complaints procedure
provided by this Council. The Information Commissioner can be contacted
at: The Information Commissioner's Office (Wales), Cambrian Buildings,
Mount Stuart Square, Cardiff, CF10 5FL. Telephone 029 2044 8044 or Fax
029 2044 8045 or e-mail [1][email address]

This letter is available in large print, on audio cassette and in Braille
and also in Welsh or any other Community Language. Please contact us for
further details or if we can help in any way.

Yours sincerely
