[Name Removed] has been the subject of a number of serious
complaints, why does Fife Council still think that she is able to
practice as a Social Worker?

"unfortunately, the information you have requested is subject to an exemption under Section 38 (1)(b) of the Act. Release of personal data about an individual is contrary to the Council's obligation under the Data Protection Act 1998"
