Dear Phil Johnston,
Thank you for your response to my request for information and your
apology for failure to attend within the set time frame. Indeed the
response was grossly outside this 20 day period required by law.
I am sorry to say that the information provided is not as
requested.
You have provided the number of complaints, yet failed to notify me
how many of these were upheld. By informing me that 109 complaints
were upheld does not provide me with any insight into which of
these complaints were upheld.
Can you therefore please provide the amount of each category of
complaint which were upheld? bear in mind this is not. a new
request
Yours sincerely,
Mr Andrews

Dear Phil Johnston,
Thank you for taking the time to reply, i however remain confused.
The document you provided has 8 fields for the types of complaint,
yet there is 9 entries beneath.
The information you have sent is unintelligible as there appears to
be more entries than fields!
Can you please amend and resend?
Yours sincerely,
Mr Andrews
