Under FOI legislation and rules, please provide information on the
number of complaints received about the Council's email system from
1 September 2008 to date or the most recently analysed month.

In addition, please provide also information about the source of
the complaint (eg from member of the public, Council user,
Councillor or member of Council's own or third party's technical
team) and trends by week or month.
