In the last 12 months the CoL has received 6 written complaints from
members of the public regarding the conduct of the Court Security
Officers.

The CoL does not keep records of verbal complaints, as they are dealt with
on the spot and members of the public invited to submit a written
complaint should they remain dissatisfied.
