Dear Camden Borough Council,

I understand that you are refusing to provide information regarding
complaints about Camden council, because of your view that
providing the information would cost too much.

Although I do not share or understand your view on this matter, I
have rephrased /narrowed my enquiry in the hope that you will be
able to provide me with the information
this time.

The information I require are:

1. The total number of complaints received by Camden council from
January 1st 2005 to December 30th 2008.

2. The total number of complaints received by each Camden District
Housing Office from January 1st 2005 to December 30th 2008. (Please
provide a separate total for each district housing office)

3. The total number of complaints received by the Central
Complaints Unit about each district housing office from January 1st
2005 to December 30th 2008.(Please provide a separate total for
each district housing office)

I hope that you will be able to find the requested information in
your computerised information/data system.

I am assuming that the council would have been collecting/collating
and storing such statistical data in your computerised system for
the purpose of analysing and improving the quality of services.

Dear Camden Borough Council,

I refer to part 3 of my enquiry dated 9th August 2010.

I would like you to include, in each total, all complaints
associated with that particular district housing office including
complaints about the conduct, approach, attitude, culture or
response of the officers/office.

If you require further clarification of this enquiry, please let me
know.
