The Council introduced a new recording system for complaints on 12
November 2007, so I am unable to provide data for the 12 months you
requested. For the period 12 November 2007 - 30 September 2008, the
proportion of complaints made against the Council that resulted in them
being dealt with by the various organisations you stated was as follows:

b) the Police - 0%
c) Solicitors and/or the courts - 0%
