FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - INFORMATION REQUEST

Thank you for your request for information on complaints to The Council.
The request has now been considered and the information requested is

You asked: ...over the last 12 months, as a percentage of total complaints
against the council how many ended up being dealt with by:

1) the Local Government Ombudsman?

Ans: 18% - for reference the figures are 10 out of a total of 54
complaints.

2) the Police?

Ans: zero

3) Solicitors and/or the courts?

Ans: zero
