FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST REFERENCE NO: 0564/2011

was received by Cambridgeshire Constabulary on 10th October 2011.

Dear Damien

For a Freedom of Information request to be valid you need to supply your
full name.

Section 8(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information Act makes it a requirement
that applicants provide their name when making a request for information.
The Information Commissioner has stated that applicants must provide their
name and further details of this can be found from his website via the

Until we receive proof of your identirty or your real full name, making
this a valid request, we are taking no action and the twenty working days
clock to respond to Freedom of Information requests has not started.
