2008 and dec 2010

2 The amount of complaints with regards to yhn that were related to
the allocation of homes dates as above

3 The amount of complaints with regards to yhn that were medically
related dates as above

Answers to your questions are as follows.

1) Between 1 January 2008 and 20 December 2010 there were 2,158
complaints recorded against Your Homes Newcastle.

2) In the same period, 308 of these complaints were specifically
recorded against the categorisation 'Allocation/Estate Management'.

3) In the same period, 23 complaints against YHN were specifically
recorded against 'Medical Priority'.
