I acknowledge receipt of your request for information dated 11 May 2011.

I am looking for a copy of correspondence between Perth Council

(possibly environmental dept) a member of the public and who made

complaints regarding repairs made to the ground floor flat at 2

Pitheavlis Castle, Perth, PH2 0LF.

I understand that names and personal details will need to be

removed or censored.

I am currently dealing with your request and will issue my response by 8
June 2011 which is 20 working days as permitted in terms of section 10(1)
of the above legislation.

I refer to your request for information dated 11 May 2011.

The information you requested was:-

A copy of a complaint which was submitted to I presume the planning
office at the council regarding the installation of new windows at
Pitheavlis Castle, Perth, PH2 0LF.

Relative to the above, I am advised that there is no information held.
In terms of Section 17(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland)
Act 2002, this is formal notice that the information requested is not
held.

A verbal complaint was made to a Conservation Officer at a meeting which
was then subsequently investigated however no record is held of the
original complaint.

You have a right to request a review of the Council's decision. Please
see the attached leaflet for details.

Should you require any further explanation or assistance please do not
