I raised this FOI request on 28th September 2009 and you only
acknowledged receipt of it on 8th October 2009. I wouldn't question
why.
As the initial request was put in on 28th September 2009, you
should have replied by 26th October 2009 to comply with the FOI
law.

Thank you for your recent request to the Council. You asked to be provided
with the following information:
I have heard a rumour that the council's knowledge and information
department may have raised a complaint against the parking department. Can
you please advise whether this is correct, when the complaint may have
been raised and what it is about.
We do not hold any information to suggest that a complaint has been raised
against the Parking Department by the Knowledge and Information Team.
Therefore for the purposes of Section 1(4) of the Act, this information is
not held.
