Dear Office for Judicial Complaints,
Dear Office for Judicial Complaints,
I made a complaint several months ago but there was no reply yet
form the president of the tribunal.
I have some questions and I would be thankful if they could be
answered:
1. will the complaint affect any pending decision?
2. I believe that before going forward with any complaint, the
condition to be followed is that the complaint should not link with
the claim. But my question is whether the president of the tribunal
has the right to link it with a decision and henceforth, spread the
privacy of the complaint to other judges?
3. Finally, how long does a complaint take to be resolved?
Kind regards
Yours faithfully,
Mrs ismail
