Dear Lothian Buses PLC,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Lothian Buses PLC's
handling of my FOI request 'CCTV'.
In responding to my request for information Lothian Buses staff
have trawled through their records held not in relation to this
foisa request for information in order to retrieve my postal
address, which was then used within their response. The response
was then posted on the internet thereby divulging my personal
information to the world.
I thereby request that the handling of this request for information
is carried out.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com
It should be noted that this matter may be the subject of a formal
complaint in its own right, outwith FOISA provisions at a later
date.
In responding to this internal review request I ask that you do so
online giving due diligance to your responsibilies in dealing with
personal information.
Yours faithfully,
Michael Traill
