Dear Lothian NHS Board,

Could you advise on whether all staff employed within the NHS
Lothian Complaints department who investigate complaints against
the above authority have have an employment record with an
extensive medical background.

Or to put it more simply what qualifications are needed to be
employed by the Complaints Department of NHS Lothian?

Information (Scotland) Act 2002, which requires that we respond to you
within 20 working days.

NHS Lothian's policy on Freedom of Information requires all requests to
